This is the setup for my next team:
1st minion:
Train evasion (10%) & AMF (15%)
Gears: AoF, EC, EG, EB & Corn)
2nd minion:
Train PL (5%), AS (20%), 10k STR & 5k DEX
Gears: Corn, AoF, DB, exe
3rd minion:
Train PL (5%), AS (20%), 10k STR & 5k DEX
Gears: Corn, AoF, SF, katana
4th minion:
Train HP (25%), 10k STR, 5k DEX, 2k BL, base EC & base Protection
Gears: Adam, SC, CML, TG, HoD, MgS, AoAC & BoTH
I'll start off the team with the 2nd and 3rd minions and get the AS as big as I can afford until I hire the rest. The weapons on the last 3 minions are just to kill off enchanters in melee. Main damage dealer will be the SF. The main weakness to this setup will be explosive shots and seeker ammo. Hopefully the AS is big enough to protect the SF till melee.
Any suggestions to make it better or any changes needed?

Where is the rest of your exp going to go? You have listed only 25% for each of your minions.
IMO, you need another damage source other than the SF. You could probably add some Haste to the first enchanter and make your wall into a heavy tank.

I believe those percents are for his total experience.

The % listed in the brackets is for the total experience earned by the whole team. The SF is an oversized one so damage dealt should not be a problem since the SF now is already dealing out more than 200k per round. I was thinking whether DM will be a better choice than AMF.
