Because I'm unsure... (in General)

If you transfer an NCB to a player who HASN'T started their NCB, then it'll retain the bonus, correct? Trying to make sure 'cuz I was thinking of getting someone else to continue Double D's legacy, but if the NCB won't transfer over with it, then there's no point. I think this is how it works, but can't remember and couldn't quickly find any threads to back up my assumption.

The NCB should be transferable to anyone who could start one, and possibly those who already have an NCB char...confirm that with SBW...I think he did something similar.

That's what I thought, but I'm not 100% sure and you don't seem to be either.

I'd still like confirmation from anyone who knows, and if you check his last login date, I doubt I'll be getting any info from SBW.
