Just had this idea maybe every tattoo over say 2 mill. gets a permanent name. That way, well we could all get to know them by name.They are already huge though so the bonus go's by by ?

The naming bonuses give +4% to the item, so something that's level 2M will get an extra 80k levels. Personally, I think that alone is imbalanced. And getting to know them by name is not really plausible. Besides I Win in CB1, there are no items that are known by their names universally. And besides, all but two of the tatoos > level 2M are named.
