My brother wants to play CB and I just want to make sure its ok and what do I ahve to do for him to be able to, I know I can't give him anything or free stuff and that I need to post in pr but is there anything else.

Just make sure the both of you are not sharing your accounts and I believe you will be fine. :)

Hyrule, they can item xfer aslong as they do not do 1-sided transfers and they one pays the market price for an item
