He gets 100k MPR within 5 days of 1 AM server time (about 12 minutes ago by my clock). If he does this without hiring minions or any other sneaky tricks (RoE is acceptable), then I'll give him 50k. Flamey said he would toss in 25k as well, so if he wants to post here to confirm that he can.
And if anyone else wants to add, they can. =P

Gained 7.5k the first half of a day..should be total 20k mpr by the end of the day.. hoping to gain 20k mpr a day instead of 10 though =/

I was keeping it anyways, no way he was going to make his remaining 75k MPR in 3 days
/me gets 300k and a fat SF out of the ordeal
Was going to refund the money after the tat came back cuz I distrusted and hated him like that. ;) Mainly because I saw the ban coming.
