Sometime in the next 48 hours, I am going to post a contest thread called "Barzoo's Mad Czech Botness - The Definitions". It will list 12 numbered "captions", like last time. This is your key to identifying the botchecks. I will ask a friendly admin to close it as soon as I post it, so it can't be bumped. Once it falls off the "Active" list, you'll have to remember where to find it in order to win any rounds.
Then, at random, anytime between now and Christmas (December 25), I will post the botchecks that correspond to the "captions", one at a time - these are the "rounds". It is your job to be the first to
1. Identify the 2 words in the botcheck (in order)
2. List the "caption" that applies to that botcheck. An example is below.
What do you win? Well, that's the fun (and complicated) part.
If you win a round, you automatically win 100k CB$ - but it doesn't end there. Once you are identified as the winner of a round, I will ask you, "Would you like to hold, or go on?" If you post that you would like to hold, then on "PayDay", you will win 100k CB$.
Payday is Christmas Day!
If you say, "Barzoo, I want to go on", then you are eligible to try to win another round!
If at any time you choose to "Hold", and then try to answer another round, you will forfeit anything you've already won - no PayDay for you!!!!
If you go on and win a second round, I will ask you again if you would like to hold or go on. If you choose to hold, you will get 200K CB$ on PayDay. If you choose to go on, but don't win another round, you will get 250K on PayDay!
Again, if you choose to "Hold", and then try to answer another round, you will forfeit anything you've already won - no PayDay for you!!!!
The maximum rounds any single player can win is 3. If you win a third round, the choice is a little different. I will ask you "Do you want to hold, or do you want to gamble that you have the Super Secret Bonus Botcheck?" If you choose to hold, you will win 500k CB$ on Payday! If you choose to gamble, and the "SSBB" was actually one of the rounds that you won, you win 1 million CB$ on PayDay!
However, if you choose to gamble, and the "SSBB" wasn't one of your rounds, you will only win 300k CB$.
Also, anyone who tries to win a 4th round will forfeit anything they've already won - no PayDay for you!!!!
novice, who will be very kindly holding the identity secret again, will be given the identity of the "SSBB" before I post the Definitions, and will be the one to verify it on PayDay!
Okay, here's the example: You see a contest thread called "Barzoo's Mad Czech Botness I" (or II, III, IV, etc., up to XVIII). When you open it, all you'll see is a botcheck, like this:

Then, I will acknowledge the winner and ask for the decision(s) described in the rules above. Of course, the order will be random...
Oh, there's one last way to forfeit "payday" - answer "13. What 2006 etc..." to one of the 12 actual contest botchecks - we'll call it the "get a clue" rule :P
But wait, there's more this time! Did you notice the part that said "up to XVIII"? Did you think, "Wait, that's 18, and there were only 12 last time"?
There a 6 extra rounds to add to the madness!!!
2 Rounds will be of botchecks that already appeared last time, in "Barzoo's Botcheck Madness!" Be the first to respond with "Barzoo, you must be mad! You already did this one!", and you'll win 50k on the spot, no need to wait until PayDay!
4 Rounds will be of botchecks that don't actually have definitions on the list. Be the first to respond with "Barzoo, you silly monkey, this one isn't on the list!", and you'll win 50k on the spot, no need to wait until PayDay!
But be careful when you try to answer these! Get it wrong by posting a definition to one that isn't on the list, or by trying to tell me that a botcheck that is actually on the list, isn't, or that I already did one that I didn't, and it will count toward your total number of rounds played and reduce your potential earnings by 50k!!!
Oh, will we be able to survive all of this madness during a changemonth? We'll see!!!
