Default theme in sidebar (in General)

The default theme throws a multitude of errors for the sidebar according to the Firefox error console. I'm ignoring the scrollbar stuff and just looking at various things like malformed background-color attributes. Can this be fixed?

I'm pretty sure all the themes do the same.
