excel help (in Off-topic)

im trying to turn this:

into this:
1 # # 1 # # 1 # #
2 # # 2 # # 2 # #

Try this Pit:

copy 1 # #
1 # #
1 # #

Then highlight an entire row by clicking the row number.

Then choose paste. You MIGHT have to choose paste special, but I think that will do what you want.

Then of course repeat for the "2" values.

the problem with that is that my data file is 15000 lines long

Does it really have to be in Excel? If you can send me it in Comma Separated Values (CSV) format, I'll run it through some really powerful tools (like awk).
