I'm not sure if i should hire a new minion will it make my team better or worse?
you could get a minion with only amf and AS, so you can make that single tank of yours a bit better

thats a big 10-4 rubber ducky. There is no way you could get worse with more minions... AS would increase your hp of you mage, and maybe your enchanter would be a meat shield...
AMF would tear through all mages that fought you. Or at least help.
