CB placed bogus bid on some auctions that were already closed, the actual auction outcome was unaffected. no items were actually transferred as a result of this.

I mentioned it in the changelog thread. The auction still had time left, and I considered bidding on the EC (but decided that 1.6m was too much for a +10)

Yeah I read the other thread, this one had time left with Central Bank having the same bid as TwoNinE but outbidding them.

Oh... so it's the same thing with the bid order reversed.

fixed setting the min bid to the same as an earlier bid

(the auction was correctly judged to be won by the earlier bidder)
