The Cornerback23 is buying a MCM +40, +44, and DB +13 from me:

+44: 1.7m
+40: 1.5m
+13: 1.25m
(and possibly) MCM +4: 1m

This was as of Dec 5. Today he sent 1.5m for the +40, but would instead like to send another 200k for the +44. I will accept the extra 200k and let him keep both and pay me later.

So, he will be sending me 200k, receiving a +44, and will owe me 1.5m.
