I found that blog, Nov, which has a link to a youtube video. Anyhow, the artist is Jason Webley and the song is Eleven Saints. Have to say, he looks intriguing, but also looks like the sort of person who says 'look at me I'm mad' thinking it makes him look more interesting. And he plays an accordian...
