Need a Job!! (in Services)

Need quick jobs that pay a decent amount. Rate is 70%. I will be forging with the character NorseMight that I recently payed for and will be receiving within a few hours hopefully.

When I have him I will accept jobs but I put this up so I could have jobs ready.

Finally got NorseMight. So, my first employer is Hyrule_Castle. He has requested that I forge his Cornuthaum another 800k NW at a rate of 65%. It will be loaned to me for one week with half of the cash up front.

Payment = 540,000 - 270,000 = 270,000 to be paid upon completion.

confirmed, he will take my corn from +7 to +8.

Will send corn for a week, and 270k upfront

Seriously though, if you're bothered, wait until he comes back
and demand a discount. He probably had some kind of problem
getting on. I don't think the Christmas break was the best time
to expect 100% effort from everyone. Some people have family
commitments and so on, though of course they should have allowed
for that in their quote.
I had a similar forging incident recently where I wanted a lot of
forging but I only got a little. It was annoying but not a major
setback. I let that one slide but no longer. With some forgers
demanding that an item become their property if payment is late
then I think it only fair that for those forgers, forging is free if the
commitment is not met.
On the other hand if the agreement is for best effort, then fair
enough you get what you pay for and vice versa.

I think that I had waited quite long enough for him to reply.... I just cmed him again and I noticed that he is back (fight and all). So what's with the non-reply?
