Find My Favorite Sega game (in Contests)

When i was young, about 8 or so...right before 64 and ps1 came out and that... i played a really fun sega game...

I dont know the name of it, because i got it on some package thing...Basically you got 50 games for a month, for 3 months...

I would get that for my b-day in March.

The Game was like some rpg's where, you get people on your party. It was turn based as i recall. And if i remember right, after about a day and a half there was like 15 people in my party. I absolutely loved that game,... but once the month ended, and i tried to find the paper with the name of the game on it.... It was thrown out by my mother.

I spent weeks trying to find that thing. And never did.

So if anyone can find the game that i am talking of... i know chances are slim, but i wish to find it...

Tyrants is turn based, it is a rare game as well.

I know this isnt right, but Toejam and Earl is another rare game (first one only), best game in the world!

What about Shining Force 2? Much better than the first one.

The 15 character thing almost remins me of Dragon Warrior although that was Nintendo, such a classic that game was.

i looked at the shining force screen shots, and that was somewhat similar... however i dont think it had the little fight things. . . where it showed the people standing by one screen... it always showed every guy on the field at the whole time... however i was fairly young and stupid... and could have turned fight off?

Anyway, if i recall... you could name almost all the characters... and i think there was a toad or something :P does that help at all?

Plus i don't have the time to be looking for screenshots of every game that you guys listed... so if you could do it 1 at a time, and post the link that would be awesome.

Only sega game I ever liked was on Saturn. Was called Dragon Force, hella rare .. and owns.

This one is for Dragon Warrior, if not the right game it is at least something worth trying :).

Hyrule ? What do you mean ? series as in Shining Force 1,2 in Sega Genesis, GBA, Shining Force 3 in Sega Saturn, Shining Soul 1-2 in GBA, and many more others afaik.
