Ok, you pay the transfer fees, last bid must be in my 3pm central time today. If you are only willing to pay the transfer fees chatmail me that, the first to send a chatmail saying they will pay the transfer fees gets him if no one else bids anything. Transfer fees will probably be slightly less than 1.2 million. I think that clears everything up right? Oh, may end this early if I feel like it, but only if someone has offered to pay the transfer fees.
One very last thing, when you bid tell me if you will be on between 3-4pm central time. I want to do this transfer before 4pm.
