Naming Ammo (in General)

does the named ammo get a 3% boost to its + and 150 x's? or is it just 3% all the way around? Not sure, and the named item page says something about weapons being configured that way. It would make sense as ammo is indeed a weapon, but x151 seeker arrows... yea... Just checking.

naming ammo adds 3% to damage, it only added x150 for a month or two..
