Question about Bro playing. (in General)

My brother decided he wants to start playing the game but im pretty sure the IP address' will come up the same, and I want to know if theres anyway we can do this without getting centered as multi's?
So far all i can think of is to not transfer among one another or try and trade items within auction (if we can do it). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why do threads like this come up asking the SAME question? They have ways to find out if you're a multi and it isn't heavily based on whether you share ip numbers.
