for 40% of NW difference which totals just under 11.6 mil (11,577,342) so we'll go with 11.6 for simplicity.
Payment period shall be no more than 20 weeks with a weekly minimum of 500k (barring horrible injury to myself, unless the hospital has internet). Any balance outstanding after 20 weeks will be subject to interest of 20% per week. I, as a condition of this sale also agree not to engage in expensive purchases until the completion of payment.
Once this agreement is finalised I will agree that failure to adhere to these terms will result in a revocation of my rights and will authorize any admin to return the Tattoo to Green Butchers should I fail to make any payment within a 2 week period without offering adequate information/explanation to Green Butchers. (ie if I get hit by a bus I will not be deemed to have breached contract).
Upon acceptance of this agreement by Green Butchers I will transfer my Fire Familiar and 1mil CB. Green Butchers then will transfer the RoS to me and the payment clock with commence with the receipt of the RoS.
Oh, and additionally I am unable to sell or transfer the Tattoo until it is paid for
