gfbasenut1 / Raptor deal soured - he may still have my RoE (in Public Record)

After trying to loan an RoE for the second week - I accidentally transferred it, and though he promised to pay rent each week, he has not been here for a while. So after transferring/ 'loaning' the named RoE to a clan member - he seemed to disappear - got kicked from the clan - and I haven't heard from him since. So I am upset -- Is there anything I can do? I have emailed him with no response a few weeks ago. I have been told - 'unless he comes back I can't get it back', but I wanted to make a post anyway. I don't even know if he still has it. The naming has run out by now.

BTW -
Is there a "Are you sure you want to transfer this item?" menu that could be added just for unobservant people like me?

It says 'Permanantly transfering items to [blank]' When u try to send.

I will try to contact him on another game he plays for you :)

ok well thanks very much for your help contacting him - I don't see the item transferred away from him, so I bet he still has it. I just need the money or the item - :).

hmm I must have missed that 'Permanently transferring items' message .. oh well, duh.

Oh, as it says in the post -- I did email him. Both CM'd him and regular email through his user page address, but I have gotten no response. Thanks for the help.
