Sir Leon is loaning me $1,250,000 for an auction. If the item is won, Sir Leon will loan me the item until the loan is repaid.
Interest is 3% per week and will be paid at a minimum of $200,000 per week.
Correct, and just for clarification. You'll be paying all x-fer fees of the item and loan is to be payed back within 3 months.

The loan continues as planned but the item that was originally wanted went above the desired amount. Alternatively, another item was purchased for the price of 1,155,742.
