Best Test Data Generator (in Off-topic)

Besides bashing on the keyboard for a couple hours, does anyone here know if there are any free/open source programs for generating tons and tons of test data in multiple tables with multiple dependancies/primary keys and all that jazz?

I found this: http://www.sqledit.com/dg/index.html and wanted to know if it was a worthwhile investment or not. Most of the other test-suites I've seen are horribly lacking in many areas. And although the interface for this one is very terse, it has depth in areas that I really like that none of the other test generators I've seen have.
