For 2 minion team:
minion1:200k HP 2mil MM(after bonuses)
minion2:1.2mil AS and 400k AMF or DM?

DM would be better unless you are using a ToE.
In that case AMF is better.

Yeah, 400k AMF isn't really enough to do anything against the mages your size. I say DM
