...put up a clan banner of sorts? Y'know, a picture, like the portrait on our user pages?
I think its been brought up before still a good Idea to me.He has to guard his bandwidth I'd guess.
why not have each persons display pict the same if they in a guild... so you know what guild they in or something

While i don't think this to be a bad idea, except maybe in terms of bandwidth, to adress Hyrule's point:
The Hatchetman defeated Forge Hog (Cult of the Valaraukar),
The Hatchetman defeated Karn, Silver Golem (MTG),
The Hatchetman defeated Diabolik (Clan Beer Garden),
I always thought the name in parentheses was their clan... Seems to be an accurate way to find out what clan someone is in. Inspecting them also does the same thing. You may say "Yea, but what if I don't want to go through the effort of Inspecting/fighting them?", then I'll say, "How do you plan on seeing their picture?" Furthermore, supporters can also see what clan anyone in their fightlist is on by clicking 'Edit...' They can also check fight logs to see the clans of those attacking. 'Add clan members close to my PR/Score' would show u the clan each potential addition to your fightlist is in. Or, finally, you can look through clans...
No man banner=clan pride .If you had a small banner it could cover a corner or the bottom of the users picture. You know like bombers etc. have , I suppose our clans would be a beer mug and a salad hehe.
i think sirus means in addition to the user pict... like something a little extra :D
