Ammo problem (in General)

Just finished a fight with these post battle stats on my minion wearing a HoC:
Elrond 2,667 126,262 557,561 485,049 26 470,166 / 158,918 -2
How did I finish with -2 ammo?

Plus I can't access the home page to equip more ammo.

Happens to my minion Enchytu as well. He has only one arrow and no ranged weapon, nor a HoC equipped.
