Those numbers are normal, but its not normal on my end, it takes anywhere from 10-15 seconds to load a single fight. I just deleted cookies, restarted my computer twice, (usually helps) but its still running slow, any help would be appreciated!

Those numbers are only part of the equation. You can't use them to decide 'lag or no lag'. Lag can be caused by the server, the client and anywhere in the network connecting the 2.

spyware also contributes to heavy lag... Run a scan?
CB is the ONLY website that is running slow for me, i mean, even myspace is running faster than normal! =/
I'm assuming you've got a timeout error to the google analytics site, there might be a way to work around it with an entry in your hosts file
open a command line, run a tracert www.carnageblender.com and post results...
I keep forgetting you are in St Louis paul, we should try to catch a lunch sometime ;)

cheznadine.org configured their ip to be an internal csolutions ip? i don't think that's going to work out very well for them.
so is there anything i can do? i cannot stand this bad of lag, lol, im just not used to it!
Its like going from cable back to 56k, yeesh!

your problem is somewhere between your house and at&t's backbone... I doubt you can do much about it.
imma go torch every house from here to there and see if that helps, =P
ugh!
