Shelingar/Rubberduck/Pixel Sage Elbow/Loan (in Public Record)

I am buying an Elven Long Bow from Rubberduck:

An Elven Long Bow [6x477] (+26) 4,254,713

The price is 3.9 million CB$, and Pixel Sage is giving me a partial loan. Pixel Sage will keep the bow as collateral and loan it to me until the loan is fully repaid (cost of loaning the item to be added to my overall loan).

The order of transaction (pending final approval from all parties) is as follows:

1. I send 1 mil CB$ to Rubberduck
2. Rubberduck sends the bow to Pixel Sage
3. Pixel Sage sends 2.9 mil to Rubberduck

In addition I confirm I will abide by the terms of Pixel Sages loans as spelled out in his loan thread.

If Pixel Sage and Rubberduck agree to this please indicate below.
