AMF effect! (in General)

"When trained equivalent to the opponent's DD level, AMF is at 50%. At approximately 10x the opponent's DD level, it is at 100%, completely nullifying their damage."

This was the previous Wiki entry. I've changed it to:

When trained equivalent to the opponent's DD level, AMF is at 50%. At approximately 40x the opponent's DD level, it is at 100%, completely nullifying their damage.

....due to PbP results from fighting multiple different size Decays.

I was casting only (0.98) against a lvl 100k even Decay, and was at (0.99) against Doc Pop's 54k Decay...so it would appear that ~40k is more correct. =) Just thought I'd make a post so someone didn't see it and change it back, since 10x is the current general consensus.

AMF to FB Relationship.
Scroll down and you will see where I found that the real amount is between x100 and x110 for full negation.

Calculate the ratio (AMF level/DD level), after all bonuses/penalties; call this X.
If X<1 (that is, AMF weaker than DD) then effect is X^(0.7)/2
If X>1 (AMF stronger than DD) effect is 1 - 1/(2X)
