Put the Evasion guy in front, as far as for strategic purposes.
As far as needing MPR....well, wear a RoE. Either buy or rent one. Not really any other advice I can give you for gaining more experience, except fight as high as you feasibly can.

Expanding on OB's point, put the Evasion guy upfront, this is so you can put that enchanter in the back, so your mage doesn't get pummeled by other MM, at least not in round 1 (without HoC).
Can't say much else, you're probably going to want a RoE, like OB suggested. If you want a rough estimation, I make *almost* 100k MPR a month, that is buying all BA, buying BA during XP time and getting about 3 free sets of BA in.
So, that'll take you a while.

Fight more and get yourself a ToE. Should work wonders for your setup.
