Some Character Help (in General)

Hey guys/gals. I've been gone awhile and I'm trying to read up on all the new fangled stuff, but there seems to be some conflicting information. I decided to try a single mage, for the initial cost effective nature, but I'm still somewhat conflicted to the % of each stat...or ever which ones I should use, and at what MPR. TherealSpiker is the char if you need any more info to help me out just let me know.

If you plan to use a ToE, get rid of Protection and invest that XP in FB and DM (either 50/50 or all FB). You need to kill them before they kill you. So dispelling their Protection and ablative shields will definitely help.

MPR is you Minion Power Rating without any tattoos/armor/weapons. Your PR is your current character's Power Rating will everything equipped.
