I have a free account on paypal and don't own a credit card or a bank account. I've got money on my paypal account and I have no way of receiving a check from them because I can't verify. Anybody that's familiar with paypal know if there's a way around this or something?

you can open a checking account with $5... open an account, link it to your paypal, transfer money to your account, problem solved...

Maybe you should ask Paypal?
You can send the money to an out exchanger. They will charge a percentage.
