On a whim I tried to find all the Flathead engine designs to hit production . But about all I really got was Henry's V8 and a bunch of the modern stuff .So what are the tricks ?If I get specific I get "lots a nuttin". Oh yea anyone know off hand if Pc Scn Srv.exe is a real XP file ?
the easiest way to do advanced searches on google is to click the "advanced search" link next to the the search box on the main google page. it uses a for for you to do most of the search options you would like....quotes, exceptions etc.

Sometimes simplifying your search is the way to go. I entered the phrase flathead engines and got a site that has designs, plans, schematics for every engine from about 1932 onwards. That was the first hit.
The site by the way:

Just had fords engines. I know not many companies made flatties but I thought some of the Europeans might of made a V6 or V4 .
