I just DL'd a game and when i go to open it i get a black screen with a white box in it that says
"Out Of Frequency Range" and under that
"H: 166.0KHz V: 240.3 Hz"
What does this mean and how do i fix it?

Either your screen, or agp card doesn't support the resolution.
is there anyway to fix it so it will?

Sounds like the refresh rates for a monitor, but then at least the vertical refresh is way too high (usually this is below 100Hz).
The game i Dl'd is Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. Its a legal DL and I have entered the verification code to activate the game. When i click on the icon to start the game I get the black screen with what i posted above on it. When I hit menu on my monitor it says H: 48.4 KHz, V: 60.0 Hz. Is there any way to adjust this so that the numbers will match? I'm really not that computer savvy so any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have a Dell Dimension C521 with Sempron AMD brand new this Christmas.

Yeh, try searching the game companies support site, usually helps.
It appears i need a Radeon 9250 128 MB PCI Graphics Card. Thank you bartjan and Xiaz for the help.
