i am noob and im going to have a two man team with a tank and a monk. How can i make this work? My tank has BL and VA and i have a ToA on him. thanks to all

Put your monk up front, his Unarmed Combat lets him dodge physical attacks better than the ToA tank would.
If you want a tank/monk team, best of luck to you! It'll be good against most tank teams, though probably not so much against mages - but specializing is great ;)

Oh, and try your very best to get ahold of a regular ToA - it'll grow with you much better than a lesser.
