MM target change (in General)

when fighting my friends char his MM hits my last minion till round 5 then hits my next to last minion even though my last minion is still alive

Faith which is my last minion did not die till the last round but the MM "passed trough him" i want to know why because other wise i could kill my friends char (only need one more hit) but it does this every time

From what I gather, Faith didn't absorb any of the MM in the next to last round, leading me to believe that he was just barely dead, and then was brought back to positive HP by the regen of that round causing one more round to tick off.

that was my first thought but even though no pl the attack should have hit faith not pixxy and it wasn't just one round it hit pixxy in two rounds

Faith should have been killed at this point:
