Russian (auction) Roulette (in Contests)

It's time for a game of Russian Roulette, CB auction style :)

I've put a Steel Brigandine up for auction and now you have to decide whether you want to bid on it or not. Winner of the contest (not the winner of the auction) gets $200k from my admin char

Rules and how this works:
I've picked a value for this item randomly and passed the info to Bart. The person who either bids the exact value or the closest value below the figure I've CM'd Bart will win their cash back and $200k from my admin char. The person who has bid one increment above my value will lose their bid and the cash will be held on my admin char for future contests. The loser has effectively committed CB auction suicide :)
Of course if more than one person bids above my number and actually wins the auction I'll refund their cash.

Obviously getting out of the CB rat race has freed up your imagination!

Just to clarify - if several people bid above my number then obviously all bar the auction winner will have their cash refunded automatically by CB. Remember I'll also refund the auction winner direct from my admin char.
The contest loser (ie the person with the first bid above my value) will be obliged at the end of the contest to transfer the cash to my admin char or have me remove it for them :)

Hope the number isn't 500k, then. Poor contest loser. *grins*
