Hey guys,

I got a wonderful assigment today for college in which i need to find what kind of risks there are if you install an application for proces management on a local network. Because this isn't really my cup of thea, I need some help to figure out what and why.

So if you could give me some general risks, so I can take it from there.

Thanks a bunch.

Process management? Are you talking about managing a network cluster, like windows or something? Where you can push out applications to all the clients, and update all the clients as needed? If so, then the obvious risks would be, "What level of experience is the admin running the place", if he doesn't realize the incompatibilities with certain software already running on machines with new software he is pushing out, then he is going to have a support nightmare. Other then that, I'm sure it all stems from the experience level of the admin running the joint.

I assumed it had to do with ISO 9000 compliance...
