help with the nuvue 560 picture frame win100k (in Contests)

my picture frame is not working correctly. i put in a 1gb memory card into the frame it doesn't start the show but has a question mark. all you need to do is find a answer why it does not work use whatever sources you can i need this quick. thanks guys

Firstly, are you sure the pictures on the card are JPG format (not TIFF). Check by putting a JPG on the card (if possible). Secondly, perhaps you can connect it via USB to your PC and copy the files to it? Not sure if it has an internal memory?

sometimes with these type things the images must be in a specifice directory or folder. alternately it may require them being just in the root area of the drive. if either of these are required, the documentation should state so.

thanks for the help but it was the kind of card i was using in it wasnt able to work with that kind of card but thanks anyway
