Central Bank is a hater (in General)

A straight up th00p hater.

My $7,448,026 named MH didn't sell for the 3.8m min bid I set, not even to CB.
Last week, CB bid 4.2m on an unnamed 7.5m NW MH, and was outbid by Bartman at 4.4m, which should have raised CB's standards of bidding.

Why wouldn't it bid on mine?

I believe that Central Bank only bids on auctions that already have bids. Auctions with no bids continue to have no bids (so you can re-list maybe?).
