I have wall equipment that could use a boost. Time is not an issue, so this is a good offer for smaller forgers. Since I can trade up to a larger one at 70%, I'd prefer something under that to justify the obviously non-immediate nature of a long-term forge.
For starters, there's a CML +38 that can go as high as you can take it.
65% of any NW I add.
Estimate: Average 200k NW a day.
If the above terms are suitable, loan to character First Strike for however long you'd like.
