A free movie maker/editor that allows me to paste from Paint to put together into a movie. Usually a GIF animator would be all I need, but I need to incorporate music and sounds into this too.
Also, does anyone know the name of a program that speaks what you type in? I think it was Bonzi Buddy or that paperclip in Microsoft Word, but I remember having a program that spoke what you typed in.

You've probably already checked this out, but Windows Movie Maker lets you import pictures and music into a movie-like thing. I've never used it much so I can't really tell you a lot about it.

Control Panel > Sounds, Speech, & Audio Devices > Speech
Just type anything you want into the box and it will (attempt to) read it. Doesn't always pronounce things right, especially names or foreign words, and the voice is a bit robotic.
