Weapon Allowance and RoS 'DM Allowance' (in General)

Currently I have:

Total XP:100,024,268
jynnan tonnyx (named RoS) lvl 2,243,698

I have 2 questions:
- What is my actual Weapon Allowance?
- To what level and/or effect can I train DM. I know it depends on 1/4 of the tattoo level, but does it reduce the DM by effect or level?

Weapon Allowance is based on trained XP only. Does that total include untrained XP?

It should protect up to 1/4 of the level of your spells. That being said, it should be based on the effect of the DM, not the level.

It's the trained XP I have. But just assume I have no untrained XP, if that matters.

A bit better then "might". I'm pretty sure of it. The only thing I'm lacking is empirical evidence. (I suppose that's not a small thing to be missing.)

I am positive it goes by effect, I tested it a while back

"Reduced RoS anti-DM effect to 1/4 of its level (from 2/5), effective after cache flush." is the most relevant Changelog entry. From this, it's clear (to me) that it is 1/4 of the RoS level, but unclear if it is compared to DM level or effect.
If anyone has a DM for which the level is above 1/4 of my tat level (583,361) but the effect below that number, then I could fight that char and see from my AS stats which one it is.

100,024,268 XP is an MPR of about 1,884,272

An MPR of about 1,884,272 is a WA of about $200,441,724

Kultur, roy's equation is more accurate than the much more simplistic "xp * 1.695" method present in Verifex's script.

One thing is for sure -- Jon's statement that it's 2/3 of all your XP is dead wrong.
