With 2 PL minions there are some serious drawbacks. For example if the primary PL (absorbs first) dies, the second one doesnt absorb until the next round. This is also extremely problematic with tsa as the primary PL minion can can be regenerated with like 2k health and barely absorb any dmg the next round, therefore being useless and handicapping the second PL minion for that round as well.
I propose that 2 PLs work in the same round. For example if the primary PL doesnt cover all the damage, the secondary one would. This should fix both of the aforementioned problems.
or maybe the PL minion with the highest HP should always absorb?

So don't equip TSA on a PL minion... that's called a trade off and I think it's the way it should be. Don't change it.

The problem only arises in the case of 2 PL minions (or more) where the first one with the highest PL is wearing TSA. Switch your first PL minion to any other body armor to solve the problem. You can even keep TSA on your second one and it'll work fine.
the problem also occurs when there is multiple dmg sources in the round, not just from TsA. if the first hit, even in cases like fb, kills the PL minion the second PL minion still doesnt start absorbing till the next round, TsA has no bearing on that
PL does deserves the change, but is it too much for the CB battle scheme to handle to reassign absorption mid round?
