United Bankers Loans

General Rules
  1. Loans above $10m require a collateral.
  2. You may not be a new player. (You have a NUB) Unless you have a co-signer who is willing to pay the loan off in the event that you default on the loan.
  3. Loans can not be sold for USD.
  4. Post all payments here.
Process
  • All loans have a low ONE TIME interest rate of 6%. Thus you the debtor and benefeciaries both win. You'll be able to concentrate on making payments faster without the worry of compounding interest.
  • Once loan is approved, United Bankers will send you loan from 1-3 investors in equal amounts. Your beneficiaries are Lamuness, Slayer, and OzzieGaza.
Payment
  • There is no minimum payment, however a payment must be made each week.
  • If payment is not received 2 weeks in a row, a warning via CM will be sent. Missing the 3rd week constitutes default on loan.
  • Payments will be made a central character: Lamuness
