Frozen Beer Trick!

lol, never knew you could do this! Instructions on how are on the info for the video. Says non-diet soda and any beer will work as well.

I just tried it! Different results, but cool, nonetheless...

I froze it for three hours then tapped it on the counter... It shattered into 80 pieces, many of which shot into my face and neck... Luckily the beer itself froze into a little block which I could use as a cold compress. I'm actually bleeding quite badly... if you don't hear from me soon, I'll be dead.

Where do you fit in the 3 hours? I only see one and a half, including watching the video and cleaning up the blood... =P

I have done this before, You can do it with an any alcohol and water mixture. If you can do it, place a bowl of an alcohol and water mixture in the freezer without disturbing it. Now drop a spoon into it. It should instantly turn into slush

Super heating can also be done, though i wouldn't because it is dangerous as all holy hell. If you microwave a glass of water it wont boil, but it will be at boiling temperature, now when you go to grab it.....BOOM, and your arm is now covered with third degree burns. For some reason this happened to me with a boiling tea kettle, the results are very rare to happen, but it wouldn't boil. When my sister slammed a door causing a small vibration the tea kettle's top flew off and shot boiling hot water throughout the kitchen. i was lucky i want close to it or i would have been screwed up.

i've seen it happen with instant coffee as well.

I have a 2x Freezer.
