I hope it is. Although it wasn't that bad as it was, at least for me. :/
it was a out most of the day. i wonder what changed.
I thought my previous lag was entirely me, but it does seem a little more playable now...I don't think this was the upgrade though...maybe the existing upline finally cleaned up their act.

It was off for pretty much everyone for around 10-11 hours, judging by posts when I got back on.
