Comments on Curse of Immortality (in General)

I just realised that my minion who is training evasion do not need the evasion since he dies pretty much in the first or second round of ranged. My character is pretty small so an ED may not be a good choice with all the massive DM around.

Any ideas where I should retrain that experience?

It may be that his evasion is simply too small. Still, if he's soaking up the first couple of rounds of ranged then he's working somewhat. I would consider continuing to train evasion until it's large enough.

Otherwise? PL battery perhaps to help back up the wall?

The thing is whether he has the evasion or not, it will not affect the outcome of most battles. That's why I feel that it is pretty pointless for him to train evasion. The experience is mainly used to train DM and only about 8% of the total experience goes into evasion. Maybe I should just dump everything into DM but I would like to listen to more options. ;)

I might also consider, despite the big DMs that are out there, training haste. If evasion is making no difference then your team is behaving as if that xp is gone anyway. So you won't notice if you lose a haste against other teams. But against non DM teams that haste will do two things:

Make your tank faster. Give your other minions dex which will help to cut down the strikes that come from a big dex gap.

Working to avoid DM is cool - it's the reason my team has hardly any enchantments trained - but personally I would choose skills/enchantments/weapons based on what your team can do, rather than that what others can do to you. Unless you are specifically going to target certain teams.

Hmmm... Training haste? I did trained it when my tank was a mage. Really helped my entire team. Not a bad idea, considering I can equip an exbow on the enchanters to reduce the strength of other tanks ;)

On another side note, you must be using an elb?
So no need doing anything else, just pump your elb a bit more and nothing can beat you on your mpr, but your not fighting at your own mpr, your fighting twice your mpr. So if just can't beat that 700k mpr don't feel bad at all fighting someone at 600k mpr will give you good enough fight rewards

Or you could drop an Ethereal Chains on there instead of DM. Combined with a ToA, that'll make the DX gap between the two tanks much larger - it'll make killing your Wall that much more difficult - and it is non-DM'able.

If he's living 2 rounds, then he's doing better than a 210 AC wall with 500k hp that wall dies in one hit. Sure you'll probably need some DM, but guess what? DM after about 1mil isn't all that necessary for anyone's strat, so what are you going to do with the rest of the xp he gets? My suggestion? keep the evasion + DM going.

Dang... I thought that said, "Curse of Immorality."

Kong Ming March 28 2007 5:40 AM EDT

EC is an option but GA really hurts a lot :p My rewards are pretty ok though I've not hit more than 150 exp per minion yet.

So, now we have 2 options: Haste or EC.

Kong Ming March 28 2007 5:52 AM EDT

Oh, I've decided to do DM and Haste instead. EC would be too small to have much effect so haste would really help because I intend to put some axbow and exbow on my enchanters in the future. Thanks guys!

A fine character, I must say. You've done a great job fighting, training, and equipping. But, I must take full credit, of course. After all, I am the creator. ;P

lol... I almost forgotten I bought it from you :p
