What is the penalty if I equip it with an ELB only?

Having just equipped a MS on my tank with only ELB equipped it gave the same penalty as when my melee weapon was equipped.

So its just a straight 4% penalty to dexterity?

Looks that way. But don't forget the penalty in melee for using only a bow.

That I know. But my bow will eventually be so powerful, most of my battles won't last 5 rounds ;)
