Err...When you start an NCB, BA cost should go up according to the percentage of your NCB, right?
Because you see, I just started one, with no change to BA cost, and I certainly do not want to have it cheaper if something is not right.
Just so I make sure I am not simple blind or anything, let me put the numbers down here:
BA cost right now: 332 $ (BA cost is calculated in accordance to highest char, no? My highest one stands at about 600k mpr...) If I remember correctly, in my last NCB, BA used to cost twice as much.
Retire your top character and see if the BA price changes. you can then unretire it in a few days.
Went down to 290$ a piece. Reason I am questioning the cost is because I remember it being WAY costier. Or do I have a bad memory ? :)

It also depends on your VPR (Virtual MPR; MPR with untrained XP), and this (still) is low for your new character.
that doesn't sound too off. As you are spending BA, you should notice it steadily increasing.

It's starts low and ramps up_very_fast.
My MPR is ~460k and BA costs $841ea.
OK, seems I was just overestimating what my Ba should cost right now, thanks people :)
