And the Laws of mechanics state that if you keep doing something you'll eventually get a different result.
If we could open peanut butter jars and expose them to energy for eternity then at least once during the infinite duration of the experiment we would create new life.
But I also think that them using a manufactured food product such as Peanut Butter to disprove the theory is yet another stupid American's way to try and show that it's all down to God.

By the way just wanted to note that this isn't to step on anyone's toes- I think it should be funny to everyone regardless of your beliefs.

Dang, what's with all the American bashing going on lately?

First off, if you're British, then you should realize already that America > Britain because A. We already whooped yer behinds once... and B. We saved yer behinds in Dubbleya Dubbleya Two!

If you aren't British or American, you aren't even really considered third! You're just tied for last! (Exception: Everyone who is related to Genghis Khan {which is about 8 - 11% of the whole worlds population} is third... Unless also American or British.)

(Side Note: Relax, apparently it's very easy to just magically 'become' American...)

TBH never enough gabber March 31 2007 7:16 PM EDT

lol stupid americans, you must believe in god or we'll send you a Second pit spawn!!!! FEAR

I'm sure I could get some new life started if you put me, Scarlett Johanssen and a jar of peanut butter in a room together. The peanut butter has to be smooth though.....

sometimes late at night when you have nothing to do, just switch on a catholic channel. And as the priest or "scientist" proves to you there is no such thing as evolution and people used to life to the beautiful age of 9000 before the "great flood", you stop thinking and almost believe them.

QBOddBird March 31 2007 7:30 PM EDT

Assuming you ever started thinking in the first place, of course.

*chuckles*

Proof of Evolution

My favorite comment around page 15 is this one:
"The fact that we are born babies and evolve into people is evidence enough to dispel the myth of evolution. If we were born monkeys, then there would be billions of monkeys in the world as there are billions of people. This does not equate. People have called me stupid for expressing my facts, but I am far from stupid. I took an IQ test at my church school, and I scored 95. You cannot get more than 100% and so I am in the top 5% of the smartest people in the world. chew on that disbelievers."

QBOddBird March 31 2007 7:33 PM EDT

now THAT is hilarious. I haven't watched any of the YouTube links, but that's pretty good...scored a 95 on the IQ test. *snickers*

hehe... so how did i get a 163?

I thought the scores of IQ test were based on the test. So one score from one test can not be compared to one score of another.

I wasn't American bashing, the guy is American so I'd look at my statement as being truth.
Yes I'm British and I recognise we have plenty of stupid people here also. America just manages to outrank us due to the sheer population size difference :P.
I was just stating that this American guy was spouting more rubbish to get us to believe in God and in my experience these 'studies' are mostly made by Americans :)
The believers here in Britain are more for the traditional "Christianity FTW!" and "those who don't follow us will end up being served at KFH"
KFH=Kentucky Fried Homosapiens ;P
