Giving away Free Rentals (in Contests)

Once a week I will reimburse a lucky player that has rented one of my items (clan mates not included)
This weeks winner is: Zinc (Your Older Minion) $15000 -- Free Rental.

For clarification, all you have to do to enter is rent and if you rented from me, then you are entered. All of my rentals are set for 7 days and special long term rental deals are not included in this contest.

As I read this, this is an advertisement for your rentals business (assuming that you have more than 1 item in Rentals) and this post may make you more profit than that single rental you're reimbursing. How does that fit into the Contests policy?

Yes Mikel, this is technically a raffle.
People enter by paying what it costs to rent your items and one of them gets what they paid in return, you make the rest of the rentals as profit.
Even though people may have rented the items anyway, you have still advertised them moreso than they would have been previously.

Can you tell who has put the item in rentals before you rent it?

You can't see who is renting out the items, I don't think, and he's just trying to do something nice... people are going to rent the things regardless... seems like he's just giving a little back...

I can see who is renting my Items, but you can't see which is mine and I'm just going to give a free rental away from those that have rented one of mine (edyit, PM and LD are all DQ'ed from this). If you think it should be in PR then move it and going forward, I'll post the weekly winner there. People are going to rent stuff whether I am doing this or not. This is just my way of saying thanks to people that do rent. And if I were you, I definitely wouldn't rent something in hopes of winning my money back. Rent it because you need it.

You can see that the item is yours once you've rented it and are renting it a second time. You can also find the owner of any currently rented item, and rent it once it expires.
